Dr. Jerry Keepers

 Dr. KeepersDr. Jerry M. Keepers is a board certified physician who has been practicing in the Houston area since 1994. He attended the University of Texas Health Science Center located in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Keepers trained in anesthesia with the U.S. Army at Fort Sam located in Texas. He is a proud member of the team that developed the first chronic pain management program for the military, worldwide. He was honorably discharged as a major in the U.S. Army medical corps. Dr. Keepers completed his anesthesiology fellowship at the Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. He also completed a neuro-anesthesia fellowship at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas. He has served as chief of anesthesiology, chief of critical care, and chief of surgery at Cleveland Hospital over a period of six years. Dr. Keepers has published an article on the anesthetic management of a diabetic patient undergoing surgery. Currently, Dr. Keepers places special emphasis on invasive pain management procedures, including simple diagnostic blocks and other major procedures
